Sacrospinous ligament fixation for vaginal vault prolapse is not H new operation, but the greatest difficulty with it is usually retrieval of the sutures. We describe a simple technique to facilitate this part of the procedure. Copyright © 1995, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
