摘要：
The occurrence of pregnancy in a patient with alport syndrome is rare because this renal disease can impact fertility. We report a case of alport syndrome associated with pregnancy in a parturient woman aged 28 years. Possible premature delivery associated with elevated blood pressure led to hospitalization for patient's mangement. We here report a literature review on the various maternal-foetal complications of alport syndrome and we focus on the management of alport syndrome during pregnancy.
