摘要：
The aim of the present paper is to analyze the judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union about two issues: on the one hand, nationality or residence as grounds for refusal of a European arrest warrant and, on the other hand, the protection that a European citizen shall be awarded in the event of a third State submitting an extradition request.
