Program of Inititation to Teaching (PIBID): contributions for the insertion of the EA in the school context

摘要
This article provides a critical reflection on the trajectory of the Initiation Program to Teaching (PIBID) Interdisciplinary Environment to address Environmental Education (EE) from an interdisciplinary approach. We sought to develop the reflection from aspects related to introduction of EE in schools, the construction of interdisciplinarity from the subject environment, think about the look of Biology meet these challenges and discuss the contribution of PIBID over continuing and initial training. We used questionnaires, interviews and participant observation to understand how all these aspects mentioned emerge from the actions and experiences that PIBID group. It was found that programs of this nature reveal a great potential for the inclusion of environmental education in the school context through an interdisciplinary and critical perspective, and indirectly contribute to the initial and continuing training in the EA involved. The Program also approached the University of school, closing the gap between academic research on EA and the school as well as providing the joint production.
