摘要
In this review paper the State of the Art DC/DC boosting converters for ultra low voltage applications are outlined. The classical architectures for boosting low voltages-charge pumps and inductor step up converters-will be considered along with promising new hybrid capacitive and inductive topologies. Both fully integrated and partially integrated circuital solutions are depicted and compared in terms of area, power efficiency and obtained output voltage.
