摘要：

Background. The diagnostics of wrist injuries are often made difficult by the fact that the accident reported is not the cause of the main injuries but these are superimposed on injuries from previous events. Methods. This article demonstrates the importance of the individual measures currently employed in the diagnostics of carpal injuries, beginning with taking the personal history up to arthroscopy.
