摘要
Results showed that 11 out of the 51 strains tested can be used. They belong to the species Aspergillus sp., Aspergillus niger, Penicillium italicum. Penicillium sp. and Penicillium roquefortii. The mean protein enrichment yield is 20%. Nevertheless, the objective was not entirely achieved. Optimization of culture conditions, especially culture media composition, is necessary to further increase these protein yields to 50%.
