Information Services in the Implementation of the Internal Communication Policy of an Organization: Tendencies and Perspectives of Development

摘要：
The development of an organization imposes high requirements on the traditional and innovation activities of information services (ISs) and requires them to solve new problems in human resource complex management. A new status and new functions for ISs are proposed. Instruments of internal communications, internal PR, a model of a portal project of an organization, and applied ISs are proposed. The consistency of using outsourcing is discussed and the objective reasons for involving outside organizations in the process of development and implementation of the complex information processes by an IS are emphasized.
