摘要
The adaptation process in a marine green alga, Chlamydomonas sp. MGA 161 was studied together with its light-dependent hydrogen evolution in terms of photosystem involvement and electron donation, and these processes were compared with those in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. Hydrogen production in the light by MGA 161 was only a little more than that in the dark. Hydrogen metabolism in the illuminated cells of MGA 161 depended not on water but on cellular starch for an electron source. © 1990.
