DYNAMIC SPIN CROSSOVER IN [FE(2-BIK)3](CLO4)2 AND [FE(ME22-BIK)3](BF4)2 INVESTIGATED BY MOSSBAUER-SPECTROSCOPY

摘要
Based on the results of variable temperature Fe-57 Mossbauer measurements and the analysis of the lineshape of the spectra we demonstrate that Fe(2-BIK)3 (ClO4)2 (compound 1) and Fe(Me2 2-BIK)3 (BF4)2 (compound 2) show a gradual low spin (1A1) (LS) reversible high-spin (5T2) (HS) transition with intersystem crossing rates (ISC) comparable to the time scale of rate (k(HL)) is relatively temperature-independent.
