摘要
This paper expands the concept of childhood long with race. The goalis to understand the social construction of childhood now a days. It also analyses the way in which these concepts are presented and interact with Brazilian governmental documents which are addressed not only to child education but also these regulations are built and modified long they ears. The way these concepts are presented in the analyzed document sand its effect son the child education curriculum has been observed. These orientations for a ethnic-racial education are mostly blended withth enotion of diversity but not of difference.
