摘要
In this study, when machining AISI 316 stainless steel with and end mill the influence of cutting tool chip breakers on tool wear and surface roughness have been investigated. In the process of machining three different chip breakers form and three different cutting speeds (180, 225, 270 m/min) by keeping the dept of cut constant. It was observed that one of the cutting tools with chip breaker ERGC type gave better wear results.
