摘要：
This paper explores the changing nature of the environmental risks facing companies who are embracing global strategies to capture competitive advantage. It identifies their impact on strategies, structures and systems and suggests that restructuring global operations is the only feasible way to minimize the effect of environmental volatility on a global business. © 1990.
