摘要：

The comparative and legal aspects of the existing forms of preliminary investigation in procedural criminal legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation are analysed in the article. The need to differentiate the criminal procedure forms taking into consideration the trends of the criminal proceedings is stated as the result of the analysis.
