摘要：

Starting from a judiciously substituted N-aminoindole, the Heck reaction led to new classes of heterocyclic compounds: the pyrido[2',3'-d']pyridazino[2,3-a]indoles 7 and 8 and the pyrido[2',3'-d']diazepino[1,6,7-h,i]indole 15. From compound 7 the pentacyclic E-azaeburnane 21 was prepared.
