Cultural Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in relation to the Sunnis of the West of Iran

摘要
The I.R. of Iran like some others countreis have cultural and religion diversity and one of this groups is Sunnis that many of them are living in the west and east of iran.the Sunnis of east have the Hanafis religion and Sunnis of the west of Iran are Shafii mainly. the SHafii have good relations with Shii as the formal religion of I,R of Iran because of its willingness and respectfulness to Ahle-Bait of islam prophet and pay more attention to rationality in rules of ialam(Feghahat).this thesis have focus on the explanation of cultural policies I, R of Iran in relation to west of Iran Ahle snnite.this article was organaized based on three sections: firet, we describe the theoretical framework with respect to cultural policies especially interactive-manageral policy, competitive policy and restriction and denial policy. second section is concerning to explanation of interactive-manageral policy of I, R of Iranin relation to Shafies of west of country. third section focus on the restriction-denial cultural policy of I, R of Iran against some sects of Salafi-jihadist or Takfiri that have relation with Alqaedeh and ISIS organizations. based on this thesis the diferent policy of Iran in relation to this two groups are drive from Kalami-Feghahati deferent orientation and performances of two sects. by this Shafie religion have rational approach in Kalam and Feghaht but the Salaf-jihadist or Takfiri have formal and superficiality approach.
