摘要
The protein level reached maximum concentration in regenerative tissue after 4 days, and then decreased to approximately 1/4 of the maximum by the 28th day. The calcium level rapidly increased between the fourth and seventh days after drilling, maintaining a linear increase throughout the 28-day experimental period. Acid phosphatase activity was at its highest level in regenerative tissue approximately 2 weeks old. The regenerative tissues 4-14 days old actively reorganized the components by degrading the proteins accompanied by calcium accumulation.
