摘要：
The author considers the problematical legal regulation of volunteering in Russia. The issues of possible legislation changes in this sphere are covered in the article. Also it is given the problematical volunteer fire department legal information. The article touches upon the problems of the legal relations between the volunteer and his employer. It is also examined the difference between the volunteer and the employee.
