摘要
Man is thrown into this world and his aspirations are aimed at (re) gaining the power to shape his own life. This statement by the philosopher Heidegger is certainly deeply symbolical even for the demanding clinical routine. In this article strategies will be presented by which medical management personnel can maintain performance ability and retain pleasure in professional challenges. In work research this is defined as coping strategies and resilience factors. The cognitive process in meditation and the effectiveness on neuroplasticity and cerebral networks have now been confirmed by many evidence-based studies.
