摘要
The studies produced in a national and international level, in the field of leadership scientific research and its relationship with ethics - understood as the theoretical foundation of the moral- points toward the urgent need of reinforcing its participation for a greater sustainability in the educational organizations activities. In relation to the problems that affect educational organizations, we offer our attention to those in which the main subject are the people, or in which are discussed and investigated the forms of performing and its relationship with the results produced. We also attend to the emergence of scientific contributions of History, Sociology or Philosophy, which since their research fields recognize the need of an holistic meditation, as a result of an effective interdisciplinary envelopment in the (de) construction and in the (re)design of the leadership in action. We assume the principles of the strategic management of the organizations applied to schools, in particular as a necessary resourse in the transformation, change and innovation of the educational space. In synthesis, is intended this reflection to collaborate to deepen in the knowledge of the associated domains to the problems that warrant them. We take as basis the moral intelligence, as an efficiency and sustainable area of school leaderships.
