LEADERSHIP AND MANAGING DIVERSITY IN SCHOOLS: TOWARDS AN INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

摘要
This article describes a study which aims to analyze the research in the field of educational leadership and school management putting its focus on improving school to school inclusion, offering a glimpse of the main issues raised right now from this scope. A comprehensive literature review was developed and results presented as the most representative research being conducted in the field of inclusive education and the development of a school for social justice. We enter into studies that focus on inclusive leadership, distributed leadership in response to the diversity of schools , as agent collaboration in school improvement , school leadership as a factor in school inclusion , the profile of executives for an inclusive school and, ultimately , promoting inclusive leadership and direction for the proper care and management of diversity. The main conclusions of this study are directed towards the importance of developing inclusive leadership and distributed to schools with management teams that are committed to a school address based on the collaboration of the entire educational community enabling attention to the diversity of all students.
