摘要:
The article analyzes the autobiographical prose of contemporary British writer Julian Barnes in terms of philosophical assumptions of its creation. This article examines the impact of philosophical concepts of Michel de Montaigne and Richard Dawkins on Barnes's views. It examines some aspects of the philosophy-of-writer-work related to the genre of biography. Determined by the leading role of memory in the construction of the work, as well as its relationship with the problem of identity which is of great importance in the work of the author.
