摘要
We face two realities of great importance in health today: first patient safety as a basic and essential component of quality of care, and secondly, the complexity of drug management. Ensure appropriate use and administration medication is essential to guarantee patient safety, and necessary condition to ensure optimal levels of quality of clinical practice. We made an anlysis of both realities to see what are the implications to health professionals in this area.
