摘要：
After a retrospective evaluation of infertile patients screened through both Hysterosalpingography and Salpingochromoscopy, authors try to define the actual role of Hysterosalpingography in the infertile couple diagnostic workout. A high grade of concordance of the two diagnostic procedures was only observed in distal tubal occlusions: for these cases the more invasive Salpingochromoscopy could be omitted.
