摘要：
Electron spin resonance studies on thermally degraded polystyrene are reported. The dependence of resonance line width, resonance line shape and radical concentration on degradation temperature, in the range 350-degrees-550-degrees-C and degradation times in the range 5-300 min, is investigated. The nature of the free radicals is discussed.
