摘要：
This article presents a bibliographic review of Distance Learning Modality, regarding the conceptualization and relevance of virtual environments as academic tutoring tools, and its implementation as a key factor for changes produced at educational situations. The text also outlines some alternatives and action settings in order to face and learn to intervene in the different spaces generated by information society.
