摘要
This article reflects on the production of free audiovisual content for public digital television, considering the changes we are living, like the passage from an analog world to a digital one. By analyzing the complex relationships (Morin) and dynamics that surround us, the text seeks for dialogue between different sciences through transdisciplinarity and the participation of social subjects to understand the transforming role that the interactive public digital television can represent in Latin America, especially in Brazil.
