摘要：
The article is devoted to the correlation of historical consciousness and modern myth-making. It describes the features of the structure of historical consciousness, analyzed the main features and mechanisms of myth-making, the ideological structure of historical consciousness in Russia (on the example of the attitude to Stalin). The article also provides general characteristics of the role of historical knowledge in modern Russia.
