摘要：

This article describes the effect of therapeutic failures on the psychotherapists, his/her mental and physical health, suicidal tendencies and the development of a burn-out-syndrom. The article also discussed the therapists' attachment style and is effect on therapy outcome. Finally the question is raised if there are suitable tools to save and restore the therapists' working power.
