摘要
Considered relevant and very urgent problem of motor transport flow regulation in major Russian cities. Particular attention is given to the use of logistic science instruments for the purpose of streamlining the transport situation in metropolitan areas. Article concerns creation of intellectual transport system in the city of Moscow, streamlining of strategic and tactical planning of construction works road systems, in order to reduce construction time, cost, improve quality, formulated main directions of development of intracitypublic transportation, legal and organizational aspects to eliminate problems of congestion and traffic jams in major cities of Russia.
