From History of Russian States Economic Policy in the Second Half of the 17th Century

The article presents evidence about the plans of the Russian state in the 60's of the XVII century to develop the shipbuilding and maritime trade, as well as the organize the production of cloth. I. A Zhelyubuzhsky who has received corresponding commission hasn't carried out the charged task.
