摘要
One-year container-grown seedlings of broadleaved tree species of height class 51-80 cm were subjected to statistical analysis in order to test a hypothesis whether it is possible to obtain the sets of plants showing identical morphological parameters by grading before dispatch. The measured values of European beech increment in the first and second year after reforestation show that the increment of containerized plants is identical. The seedlings after planting do not undergo transplant shock in contrast to bare-rooted seedlings, but they already show a progressive increment in the first year after planting. Broadleaved tree species are evaluated after three years from planting into holes bored with an auger. Destructive analyses of nursery plants and plantings with respect to the expansion of root systems were performed. Three years after planting the aboveground parts of European beech doubled the height of shoots and root collar diameter. The pedunculate oak plantings show doubling of main morphological parameters even two years after planting.
