摘要：

Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) is an inherited disease of unknown etiology, characterized by recurrent, short episodes of fever, pleuritis, peritonitis or synovitis, usually associated with skin manifestations and amyloidosis. A clinical case is briefly related in the light of the last news on the etiopathogenesis.
