RECTIFICATION EFFECT OF THE HARMONICAL SIGNAL BY HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTIVE THIN-FILM IN THE MIXED-STATE

The films of Y-Ba-Cu-O (YBCO) have been grown by pulse laser deposition on MgO substrates. X-ray diffraction shows that YBCO grow on (001) MgO with c axis is oriented normal to the substrate. A 100 nm x 0.09 mm x 0.5 mm YBCO films on MgO shows there is critical current density of about (3.5-5.0)x10(6) A/cm(2) at 77 K. Films have a superconductive transition temperature of 90.0 K. I-V curves of the HTSC microbridges have been investigated at passing through their direct current and resistive heating. Besides, if the microbridge had been applied on harmonical signal, nonlinearity of I-V curves of HTSC in the mixed state was inducing by the harmonical signal, is leading to the rectification of this signal.
