摘要
This contribution demonstrates the application of approaches from information science to the domain-specific analysis of user requirements in the digital humanities. The ongoing project "Welt der Kinder" (Children and their World) serves as an example of a project in the area of digital history. In this interdisciplinary project, a team of historians, computer linguists and information scientists develops and tests innovative methods for the comparative analysis of a large corpus of historical text-books. From an information science perspective, methods for the user centred requirements analysis will be applied and evaluated in the context of the digital humanities, resulting in a set of system requirements.
