摘要：

It is shown how to couple non-relativistic matter with a Chem-Simons gauge field that belongs to a non-compact group. We treat in some detail the semi-simple SL(2, R) and the non-semi-simple Poincare ISO(2, 1) groups. For suitable self-interactions, we are able to exhibit soliton solutions which obey self-dual equations.
