摘要
Novel kinds of amperometric glucose sensor based on chemically modified electrode have been designed and fabricated. By using metalloporphyrin modified electrode for measurement of dioxygen during enzyme reaction of a glucose sensor, it greatly improves the sensitivity and selectivity of glucose detection. Modified microelectrode and microdisk array electrodes made of carbon fibers show more rapid response to the variation of glucose concentration. Ferrocene-Nafion film electrode In glucose sensor plays an important role for increasing the stability.
