摘要
The existing accounting method of GHG was based on the methodology of IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories. While the emission factors defined by the IPCC based on the foreign statistical data were not suitable to the domestic sewage treatment system, in other words the method by IPCC did not have perfect pertinence and operability. Based on IPCC method, the biogenic carbon emissions caused by biodegradation were not taken into account in the calculation, which remained controversial in the world. According to two different opinions that whether the biogenic carbon emissions should be included in the calculation, based on the IPCC method and the analysis of the organic cycle and conversion, combined with the stoichiometric equations and empirical formulas, the accounting methods of GHG emission caused by direct conversion of organic matters during sewage treatment process are proposed in this study, which are more pertinent, and an identification of biogenic carbon and non-biogenic carbon will be given in this paper. It would provide the theoretical basis for quantitative evaluation of low-carbon technology for urban sewage treatment.
