摘要：
Although Slovakia has approved the anti-discrimination law of force in 2004, we can find various forms of inequality between male and female. One example of this inequality is the gender pay gap. The article aims to define the background and issues of gender gap in the sphere of remuneration for work as well as some causes of this long-term problem.
