摘要
In the history of humanity, slavery is a phenomenon that returns constantly, albeit in different guises. Beginning with a historical and conceptual reconstruction of the institution of slavery, this essay maps the various forms of oppression and domination that this institution may take in the contemporary context. In the context of contemporary slavery, an important aspect is the fact that human beings, which are seen as "corps d'exception" and "disposable lives," find themselves imprisoned in forms of subjugation that involve the removal and segregation of bodies in complete violation of all rights. This makes it imperative to legitimate and practice a new abolitionism, since slavery exists and is expanding - despite its abolition on a legal level - and seems poised to have a big "future."
