摘要
Organizational learning mechanism is defined as the institutionalized structural and procedural arrangements that make the organization learn. The aim of the study is to discover at which level the organizational learning mechanisms are used in schools and to see if the use of these mechanisms differs according to the localities and school levels. The study was carried out according to the general screening model. The study sample includes 488 teachers working in Konya. The Organizational Learning Mechanisms scale developed by Schechter (2008) was used as a measurement instrument. According to the findings, activities to receive and distribute information are not used in schools sufficiently. Information analysis practices in primary schools are used more than the secondary schools and used more in the schools in the metropolitan center than the schools in the county center.
