THE INFORMATIVENESS OF LIGHT-SCATTERING PARAMETERS FOR THE RETRIEVAL OF MICROSTRUCTURE OF A POLYDISPERSE SYSTEM OF RADIALLY INHOMOGENEOUS PARTICLES

A method is presented to estimate the informativeness of measured angle distributions of scattered light intensity and polarization with respect to the retrieval of microstructural parameters of a poly-disperse system of coated spheres. The potency of the method is illustrated on the example of marine biological particles. For this case the amplification of the optical measurement relative errors in course. of the retrieval of microstructural parameters are estimated.
