With him the culture of teachers in the educational work has reached see that not only classroom space for excellence in which stably develops the teaching-learning process. The different spaces in which this process takes place in college indicates a need: to work with a more comprehensive concept called educational setting those physical spaces in which runs the training of students. By Case Study method, it becomes possible to display the scientific results of work of the Principal Teacher with these young university students newly admitted and the challenge of inserting the new student life with a higher goal. The results is asserted as not squander any physical space in the university community and surrounding areas for consistency in communication and dialogue places, integration with all factors, socialization, promotion, animation and management actions for educational purposes. And the strategy works and strengthens the academic year from the institutional vision system.
