摘要：

The present record comes from the mouth of Potrero Canyon on the coast at Pacific Palisades, California. Pure stands of Pinus remorata regularly occur in more equable sites than those occupied by P. muricata. The spread of drier, less equable, postglacial climate apparently opened new, intermediate coastal sites that favored hybrids of P. muricata × P. remorata. -from Author
