摘要：
This work is beginning to analyze Brazilian and Portuguese documents dealing with professional skills in teacher training, more specifically to the Technical Vocational Education (TVE), ending with proposal to develop an array of international expertise. So the research will be guided by the following question how the policies of Brazil and Portugal define teacher training for vocational technical education, highlighting the skills and abilities necessary? The aim of this study is to analyze, describe and propose new pedagogical practices for teacher training in vocational technical education. The research methodology is qualitative, with data collection on official documents of European and Latin American countries and the governments of Brazil and Portugal involved. To analyze and interpret the model will be used for content analysis.
