Monitoring graduates employability and Career Business Administration at the Central University of Ecuador, in 2014, its contribution in the outlook for the construction process model of university education.

The purpose established by the School of Business Administration, is to give to society, essentially professionals taking part in territorial development, based on high academic, humanistic and ethical standards developed during the process of comprehensive training. The goal of study is to determine the contribution of the employability and monitoring studies graduates in the outlook for the construction process model of university training, directed toward strengthening the quality of education. It applies, an explanatory study, finding the reasons for the perception of employers and graduates in the productive sector and labor, the social, academic, training and relationship with the educational entity, after getting the professional degree. It was used, inductive statistics, based on the results of the analysis of the data set through the system, and which is the sample population, which allows induce or infer the behavior or characteristics of the population. The results are focused on the outlook for the construction process model of university training, by defining the epistemological matrix, recognition of the problems of reality (actors and sectors associated with the profession) that integrate the study goal of the profession; the identification of regional and local trends in the profession and contributions of the curriculum to the needs of formation of human talent.
