摘要
The previous nine chapters provide important and valuable insights about what and how students feel about and understand various aspects of their physical education programs. The questions that are now appropriate to ask in the concluding chapter of this monograph include the following: So what? What meaning, if any, do these studies have for physical education teachers, teacher educators, and researchers? In attempting to address these questions, and other related ones, this final chapter focuses on two themes: understanding the purpose of physical education programs and recognizing student differences. Implications for teachers and teacher educators are suggested for both of these themes. The chapter concludes with thoughts about future research on student voices in physical education.
