PUBLIC LAW PROSPECTS: THE FORMATION OF EUROPEAN PUBLIC LAW AND THE HARMONIZATION OF NATIONALS PUBLIC LAWS

The time we live now is the era of telecommunications and the internationalization of life. These phenomena could not be outside the law in general and public law very special. If we were to characterize the present moment of our discipline, we could venturing the following hypothesis: we live in a time when public law tends to be standardized growing much faster. This process steamroller is singularly important in Western Europe as a result (as well as half) of the process of European integration. On this basis, the article reviewed doctrinal now focuses on three core issues: the historical formation of European public law and its current state, there is a marked trend towards standardization of national public law in Western Europe and the achievement a common law (and only) for Europe.
