VALUE OF DIALOGUE IN IMPROVEMENT OF THE INTERETHNIC RELATIONS IN KAZAKHSTAN

The dialogue problem in a context of the international relations in the modern world is considered in the scientific article. For cultural development of interethnic communication in Kazakhstan such forms and mechanisms of human relations which provide high level of spiritual and cultural consolidation of society are developed. In this regard there are actual such values as constructive dialogue, mutual respect, mutual understanding, solidarity, fidelity to principles of the tolerant relation to ethnoses and to religious beliefs.
