摘要：

The report presents the analysis of the two most important points of view in the Latin American social thought of the XIX century on the possible ways of development of the independent states in Latin America: a civilizational one based on historical experience of Europe and the United States, and indigenous-based way, making the most out of Latin American values and traditions. The article is published in Spanish.
